The full utilisation of the press container volume saves money and is good for the environment as unnecessary emptying trips are avoided. The conical geometry of PÖTTINGER press containers achieves the best possible material flow, which is relevant for easy emptying of a full container.
With light, expanding and wedging materials, an optimal press geometry is not sufficient for smooth emptying of the container.
EASY PUSH is the name of the latest development from PÖTTINGER Entsorgungstechnik. The new add-on for press containers is particularly suitable for easy handling of expanding materials, polystyrene, insulation wool, highly compacted cardboard or milling waste made of plastic and wood. Hydraulic push-out walls transport the special materials to the front and thus enable easy emptying.
The advantages of easy push:
- Easy emptying for strongly expanding materials
- Low-wear emptying for container and truck
- Emptying independent of truck (does not have to be in operation)
- Effortless, quick and secure emptying by the truck driver
Note: easy push is not a retrofit solution and is only available for new orders of MP 1.4 and MP 1.9 with a container volume of 20 m³ and 22 m³.
