Easy push is the name of the new add-on for press container that allows excellent compaction and at the same time enables very good emptying. The hydraulic push-out walls move the compacted or wedged material forward and thus facilitate emptying. One-man emptying by the truck driver is thus possible.

Easy push is particularly suitable for:

Since September 2020, our press containers have been equipped with an extinguishing system. This system enables operators and the fire brigade to prevent the fire from spreading to buildings and adjacent objects. By connecting a water hose, the container can be flooded and does not have to be opened or moved for this purpose.

Improved capacity by the newly developped press geometry raises not only the competetiveness of our clients but also protects the environment. A reduction of transport costs up to 20% in comparison to our competitors can be achieved.

High quality piston guiding: Special bearing-mounted, wear-resistant synthetic slide rails (guidance right/ left/ bottom) scan the press floor and walls ensuring a long service life and trouble-free operation of the ram. The press chamber is kept clean as an additional benefit.

Concave press plate (of highly wear-resistant steel): The combination of curved press plate and inclined press floor increases the level of compaction up to 20%. 

Inclined press floor: An inclined press floor also qualifies the press container for use with wet waste. Reduced susceptibility to repairs in the press chamber as liquids remain in the container. The technology area is clean.

Large hopper:  The double return stop due to retaining claws and a 152 mm high step (trash holder) in combination with the immersion depth of the compressing ram of 334 mm keep the pressing area free and permanently available.

Hopper versions: universal applicability and easily retrofittable variable equipment. Regardless of whether ground, ramp or building loading – quick and easy adaptation to the conditions of different installation sites is possible due to the screwable design.

Tipping devices are ideally suited for the decentralised collection of waste in DIN standard containers, which are then emptied into the compactor.
In addition to the DIN arms, a hydraulic comb lift can be mounted for different container sizes according to DIN 840/1, 840/2 and 840/3.
The preparation of the tipping device is provided as standard. Retrofitting can be easily implemented without welding.

The Side-hung/ top-hung rear door has a 8-point locking system for leak tight seal as a standard. The hook on the back can be used for pulling the container on the lorry.

Safety unlocking device with door catch system: The operator is always outside of the danger area when opening the door. Through a special door catch system, people who are not in the field of vision remain protected.

Operation: Phase adapter and connection for remote control are supplied as standard. The comfort package: automatic full announcement by SMS for pick-up service according to customer needs, electric hood opener and button for dumping system 

The waste press is delivered with a low noise gear pump as a standard. The machine running idle has less than 59 dBA.

All PÖTTINGER press containers are powder-coated as standard and available in all RAL colours.

Pöttinger coating line technology incorporates poweder coating with primer and top coat. This ist the most environmentally friendly painting method because the manufacture is carried out without any solvents.

This process involves the following steps: First the surface is cleaned and sandblasted. A surface quality of up to RA 2 1/2 can be achieved. In the second step the primer and the top coat are applied. The minimum paint thickness is 120µ. The powder coating finish needs to be baked at between 180°C and 200°C to achieve the best possible quality. Here, the components obtain their final gloss finish. The result is a tough, elastic and impact-resistance surface finish.
