We congratulate our founder and technical director, Klaus Pöttinger, on his outstanding achievement: the prestigious "Award of Merit" from the European Association of Agricultural Engineers (EurAgEng). The award ceremony took place during the international agricultural engineering conference LAND.TECHNIK AgEng 2025 at the Hanover Exhibition Centre.

With this award, experts recognise Klaus Pöttinger's outstanding achievements and lasting contribution to the advancement of modern agricultural and environmental technology. For decades, he has been setting standards as a visionary and innovator, initiating flagship projects that have shaped the industry.

One example of this is the Falconic system he developed, which enables significant steps towards digitalisation in waste disposal technology. The system ensures end-to-end transparency along the entire process chain, increases efficiency and significantly reduces CO₂ emissions.

Equally significant is his pioneering work in dry fermentation for biogas. Klaus Pöttinger's continuous development of dry fermenters has significantly advanced this technology. Today, our plants make a valuable contribution to clean, sustainable energy production – while also achieving high CO₂ savings.

Particularly encouraging are the latest successes with further plants sold in Hungary in 2025, confirming the strong international demand.

Under his technical leadership, PÖTTINGER Entsorgungstechnik remains the clear technology leader. Quality, innovation and reliability determine our daily actions.
